My journey into holistic therapy began from a deeply personal place. After struggling with my own wellness challenges and searching for answers, I found that conventional methods often fell short of addressing the whole person. This realization sparked a profound interest in nutrition and holistic health, leading me to pursue extensive training in this area. I founded Nancy Crites Holistic Therapist and Nutritionist with a vision of creating a nurturing space for others facing similar challenges. I wanted to craft a practice that emphasized compassion, understanding, and empowerment. In my work, I focus on not just providing support, but truly listening to my clients’ stories. Each person carries their own unique narrative, and I believe that unlocking their potential requires understanding the full context of their lives.
