My journey began in a different field entirely; I once taught yoga and mindfulness, where I witnessed firsthand the profound connection between mental and physical health. It became clear to me that many struggled with nutrition, often feeling overwhelmed by conflicting information. This ignited my pursuit of nutrition education, fueled by a deep-seated belief that food should be an ally, not an adversary. I opened my practice in Victoria, BC, blending my background in mindfulness with nutrition counseling, offering an approach that is not only pragmatic but also nurturing. I strive to create a space where clients feel their unique stories matter.
