Every story starts somewhere, and mine began long before Praxis Spiritual Arts Studio existed. It was in the midst of life’s chaos—a demanding job and personal struggles—that I stumbled upon meditation. One quiet evening, something shifted within me. The peace I found was transformative. Driven by a desire to share this gift with others, I trained extensively in various mindfulness modalities. Each workshop, each class—even the laughter shared—reflects a piece of my journey. I created this studio to be a reflection of healing and hope for anyone seeking solace. I love celebrating small victories with clients, witnessing their transformations, and building a community that feels like family. This studio isn’t a business to me; it’s a manifestation of passion, resilience, and connection.
