Having grown up surrounded by the healing traditions of my ancestors, my journey into Ayurveda began as a quest to discover deeper connections between body, mind, and spirit. After years of studying these timeless methods and understanding their transformative effects, I realized there was a need for a personalized approach in my own community. Establishing Le Monde Au Naturel wasn’t just an ambition; it was a calling. I often reflect on how gratifying it is to help others rediscover their inherent balance and vitality. Each session feels like a shared exploration, where I guide clients to engage with their own bodies in a meaningful way. The relationships I've cultivated in Trois-Rivières have made this work even more rewarding, fostering an environment that is as warm and welcoming as the services I provide.
