At Massothérapie JRS, Orthothérapie, our mission is to alleviate musculoskeletal pain and help clients return to their activities without discomfort. Each session begins with a thorough posture evaluation and needs analysis, followed by tailored massage techniques and mobilizations. We emphasize long-term recovery through personalized exercise recommendations and, when desired, the use of traditional cupping therapy to enhance results. With over 20 years of martial arts experience, our founder brings a deep understanding of the human body and injury prevention strategies to every client interaction.
