Our Story

My journey into Ayurveda began from a personal quest for holistic wellness. Years ago, after struggling with stress and fatigue, I stumbled upon a book that opened my eyes to the profound wisdom of Ayurvedic practices. Intrigued, I started studying and immersing myself in the rich traditions of this ancient system. As I learned about the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit, I realized that my passion was to help others find their unique balance too. Ayurveda Equilibre Sante is born from this belief—a desire to create a sanctuary where people can explore their own paths to health. It has been incredibly rewarding to witness my clients transform, rediscovering energy and joy in their lives. Every day, I am driven by the stories of those who walk through my doors, each one inspiring and motivating me to share the healing principles of Ayurveda with our Sherbrooke community.
