Our Story

The seeds for A Fleur De Vie were sown long before I opened the doors. It was my grandmother, a healer in her own right, who introduced me to the ancient practices of Ayurveda during our weekend visits to her garden. Her stories of how nature could soothe and heal still resonate with me today. Moving to Sherbrooke, I quickly identified an opportunity to merge these teachings with modern wellness perspectives. Witnessing the challenges faced by people in our area motivated me to create a refuge where individuals can reconnect with their health through personalized care. Each wellness plan I develop stems from the stories my clients share. Drawing on my knowledge and passion for Ayurveda, I aim to craft unique pathways toward healing that respect each person's journey.
