Our Story

The story of Acti-Sport began with a personal journey towards wellness. I, the founder, faced my own health challenges after years of pushing my body beyond its limits as an athlete. Traditional medicine focused solely on symptoms, leaving underlying issues unaddressed. This sparked my passion for functional medicine, a proactive approach that prioritizes the whole person. I immersed myself in studies, determined to provide a space where others could find answers, not just prescriptions. It became clear that Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu needed a clinic like this—a place where individuals could discuss their health comprehensively. Today, I channel that passion into every interaction, constantly inspired by the resilience of our community. Each client who walks through our doors teaches me something new, and together, we redefine what it means to be well and active.
