The inception of Le Monastère des Augustines is rooted in a vision I have cherished for years: creating a refuge that intertwines history, wellness, and community. As a lifelong resident of Quebec City, my admiration for the Augustinian Sisters and their dedication to healing inspired me to revive their legacy. After an extensive journey through local wellness offerings and holistic practices, I realized that there was a distinct need for a space where everyone feels comfortable and accepted. This led to the renovation of the historic monastery building, preserving its architectural integrity while transforming it into a modern wellness sanctuary. Today, witnessing visitors from all walks of life reconnecting with themselves and our shared heritage fuels my passion. Each smile and sigh of relief reaffirms the mission we strive for every day.
