I grew up watching my grandmother skillfully prepare herbal teas and practice acupuncture, using techniques passed down through generations. This deep-rooted appreciation for natural healing became a part of me, leading me to study Chinese medicine formally. When I moved to Montreal, QC, I realized there was a gap in the market for authentic healing practices, which fueled my desire to create a space where people could reconnect with these age-old traditions.
