The inception of Fragments Libres, École de Qi Gong was a personal revolution. After years of feeling lost amid the rigors of a high-energy world, I embraced Qi Gong as both therapy and art. Born from my struggles with stress and physical discomfort, I felt a calling to lead others toward wellness in a holistic manner. After training in various lineages of Qi Gong and absorbing the rich teachings of Traditional Chinese Medicine, I desired a space that reflected both my passion and the community's needs. Every class reflects my journey and insights, inviting participants to share their stories while finding their unique paths to better health. This center represents not just a business but a dream to cultivate a collective experience where people connect with their own bodies and the world around them.
