Nicole Reilkoff brings over 20 years of dedicated study in tailoring nutritional habits to accelerate mental and physical health. After completing five years of formal training at Institute NHC, she established Lifestyle Naturopathy to offer attentive, personalized care. Nicole's expertise includes the links between nutrition and emotional trauma, having traveled to international conferences including the European Association of Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism in Barcelona and the International Society of Nutrigenetics and Nutrigenomics in Quebec City and Israel. Her holistic approach incorporates consultation, reflexology, and doula services for comprehensive wellness support.
