My passion for Ayurvedic healing ignited from a lifelong love of wellness and personal empowerment. After experiencing the transformative effects of massage on my own stress and anxiety, I knew I wanted to share this gift with others. I trained extensively in various modalities, eventually gravitating towards Ashiatsu—an ancient technique that feels as dynamic as it is relaxing. In the heart of Montreal, I found my calling, blending Ayurvedic principles with this unique practice. Each day, I strive to create a safe space where clients can not only rejuvenate but also feel understood and valued.
