My journey into the world of health and wellness began at my grandmother's kitchen table. Watching her create meals with fresh, local ingredients sparked a deep appreciation for nutrition and its power to heal. Years later, as I navigated my own health challenges, I realized that wellness should be accessible to all. This realization was the seed that grew into Avril Supermarché Santé. Establishing my shop wasn’t just about selling products; it was a mission to educate and inspire the community. I wanted to create a space where families could feel confident about their health choices, where every visitor could find resources to nourish their body and soul. From hosting information sessions to arranging local produce shipments, my goal is to build a healthier Longueuil, one interaction at a time.
