The journey to establishing Samy-Jade Bélanger-Plante Massothérapie-Ayurveda-Énergie started with my own search for balance and healing. Years ago, a health crisis led me to explore Ayurveda, and I was captivated by its holistic perspective and deep respect for individual constitution. After immersing myself in rigorous training, I realized that sharing this profound knowledge could help others in their own paths to wellness.
