The journey to establishing Pura Vida Healing came from a deeply personal place. Years ago, I faced a crossroads in my life where traditional medicine couldn't address my holistic needs. It was through Ayurveda that I found a path to healing that resonated with every part of me—mind, body, and spirit. Motivated by my own transformation and a desire to share this knowledge, I trained intensively in Ayurveda. This isn't just a profession for me; it's a calling. Each client who walks in represents an opportunity for me to share the gifts I received and to witness their unique journey towards wellness.
