My journey into Ayurvedic medicine began when I was seeking answers for my own health struggles. Traditional medicine felt impersonal, often overlooking the mind-body connection that is so essential to healing. After studying Ayurveda extensively, I discovered a philosophy that not only spoke to me but transformed my life. It was then I decided to share this knowledge with others through Shop Santé Gatineau. I wanted to create a space where individuals could feel heard and nurtured, and where traditional practices could flourish amidst the modern world. Every client’s story motivates me—showing me that true wellness is a collaborative journey. From the beginning, I envisioned a nurturing hub where everyone is honored, and I’m proud to bring that vision to life every day.
