My journey into Qigong began years ago when I was searching for a holistic approach to balance my hectic life. Like many, I experienced stress that seeped into every aspect of my existence. Through the practice of Qigong, I not only found relief but also a way to reclaim my vitality and purpose. I was fortunate to learn from master practitioners who instilled in me the importance of sharing this ancient practice with others. It became clear that establishing the Art Chi Center Pierre Boogaerts was my calling—to create a space where individuals could discover their own paths to healing and peace. Every class reminds me of the magic in the simplest movements and breaths. I am deeply passionate about making Qigong accessible and relatable to everyone, regardless of their background or physical abilities. Every time a client shares their journey of improved wellness, it reinforces my commitment to this path. This is more than a job; it’s a labor of love infused with my own experiences of struggle and triumph.
