My journey to open Ölistik Bistro Végé was anything but ordinary. Growing up in a family that valued the art of cooking, I learned early on how food could unite people and heal. After traveling through various cultures and their culinary delights, I discovered a passion for plant-based living. The decision to bring this passion to Drummondville was fueled by my desire to create a welcoming space where people could reconnect with nourishing food. With every dish, I strive to pass on my philosophy: wellness is a journey best celebrated together, through vibrant dishes that tell their own stories.
