Isabel graduated from The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Sutton, Ontario, in 1992. Over the past 20-plus years, she has been a registered massage therapist in a variety of health care settings. She is proficient in numerous types of therapeutic massage, including Swedish, Myofascial Release, and Stretch Techniques. As a former competitive bodybuilder, Isabel is well-versed in weight training strategies.
