Our Story

The idea for The CARE Institute - Howard was born out of my family's legacy of holistic health practices. Growing up in Windsor, I often watched as my grandmother used herbal remedies and acupuncture techniques to address ailments in our community. Inspired by her, I pursued formal training in Oriental medicine, hoping to carry this tradition forward. What drives me every day is the transformative power of personal connections with my clients. I remember the first time a client walked in with severe anxiety. By incorporating acupuncture alongside breathing techniques and lifestyle guidance, we worked together to rebuild her confidence and stability. Witnessing her journey from fear to empowerment cemented my commitment to this path. I understand that every individual walks a different road, and I strive to recognize the unique story every person brings along.
