Mental Health Connections offers integrated psychosocial rehabilitation services in Windsor-Essex County, providing a range of recovery strategies for adults with mental health issues. The center fosters a supportive environment with educational, health, fitness, recreational, social, vocational, and peer support activities.
Established in April 2004, Mental Health Connections emerged from the integration of three groups: Programmed Activity for Therapy and Health (PATH), Consumer Survivor Alliance of Windsor-Essex County (CSAW), and the Family Mental Health Network (FMHN). The center is dedicated to maximizing the potential of individuals living with mental health issues through a variety of recovery strategies, offered both on-site and in the community. Support and education are also extended to family members and caregivers.
