The inception of Movement Health came from my personal transformation journey. After experiencing chronic discomfort for years, I sought relief through various treatments but often felt like a number. This ignited a fire in me to change the narrative. I wanted to create a space where individuals are not just seen as patients but as partners in their health journey. I pursued extensive training in integrative health modalities, and my aim has always been to empower clients through education and support. I envisioned a practice that incorporates traditional methods with innovative, evidence-based approaches. This blend allows us to address not just symptoms, but the underlying causes.
