My passion for health emerged from a personal journey. Years ago, I struggled with chronic back pain, navigating a maze of traditional treatments that often left me wanting. What I learned during that time is invaluable: health is multifaceted, and a one-size-fits-all approach simply doesn’t work. This realization sparked the creation of Hands On Health - Windsor. My team and I set out to craft an environment where clients aren’t just given band-aid solutions but are treated holistically. We focus on understanding the complexities of each individual, and I believe that every treatment plan should genuinely reflect a person’s life and goals.
