WeConnect Mental Health Program, located in Whitby, ON, offers compassionate and evidence-based mental health services for individuals aged 16 and older. Our Story
Formerly known as COPE Mental Health, WeConnect is dedicated to creating a welcoming space for individuals to explore their mental wellness. Our mission is to support people and strengthen community by providing free mental health services that empower individuals to maintain or improve their mental well-being. WeConnect serves all of Durham Region, offering in-person and online support groups, workshops, and educational sessions tailored to meet diverse needs.
