Mindfulness Practice Community of Toronto offers mindfulness practices in the Plum Village tradition, emphasizing presence and engagement with the current moment. The center provides a serene environment for mindfulness meditation, stress management, and cognitive therapy, serving individuals seeking mental clarity and emotional well-being.
Since 1997, the Mindfulness Practice Community of Toronto has been cultivating mindfulness practices based on the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh. As an interfaith group, the center encourages members to deepen their practice within their own traditions while participating in Buddhist-based sessions.
