Our Story

The inception of Path of Soul Healing Arts Centre stems from my own transformative journey through grief and self-discovery. After losing a close family member, I found solace and healing in meditation, which became my lifeline. I immersed myself in various practices and attended retreats, realizing the profound impact mindfulness has on mental health and emotional resilience. It was during these experiences that I recognized a calling to share this gift with others. Opening this centre was a natural progression for me—I wanted to create a space where individuals could come to explore their own paths of healing, free from judgment. The welcoming atmosphere I aim to cultivate encourages clients to be vulnerable, opening windows to healing that can feel elusive in our busy lives. It is my hope that through community and connection, others will find the same strength and insight that guided me through my most challenging days.
