Rooted Family Wellness Centre was established with a mission to nurture and support families through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. Offering holistic services, evidence-based education, and emotional support, the centre is a community hub for growing families in Ottawa. Founded by experienced doulas Erin Kasungu and Christine Crook, the centre provides a safe and empowering space for new parents.
