FLO'S SENIORS is a wellness center in Ottawa dedicated to empowering Afro-Caribbean seniors through personalized care and community-driven programs. We offer services like aromatherapy massage, gentle yoga, and nutritional counseling to enhance vitality and quality of life.
Our Story
Flo’s Seniors was founded to address the unique needs of Afro-Caribbean seniors in Ottawa, inspired by personal caregiving experiences. Since 2018, we have been committed to empowering older adults with dignity and independence through culturally informed programs and services. Our initiatives extend throughout Ottawa and Gatineau, fostering community connections and reducing isolation among seniors.
