Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
Courtney has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2018. After graduating from the Massage Therapy program at Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage in Fredericton, she is excited for her new adventure in Ottawa. Courtney is in good standing with the CMTO and RMTAO. She believes each treatment should be specific to the individual's needs, which may include therapeutic massage, deep tissue, cupping therapy, kinesiology taping, lymphatic drainage, or simply time to reflect and unplug from daily life.
