Our Story

Athletic Kneads emerged from my own experience as an athlete. I vividly recall the exhaustion and strain experienced during training and competition, and how a skilled massage therapist could offer relief and rejuvenation. Driven by the quest to give back, I pursued my education in massage therapy, envisioning a space where my fellow athletes and anyone grappling with stress could find similar solace. The thrill of witnessing clients transform, both physically and mentally, fuels my passion every day. Here, it’s about more than just alleviating pain; it’s about creating a community that appreciates the importance of body work in daily life. Through each session, I strive to make a meaningful impact on the health and wellness of the Ottawa community.
