My journey into naturopathic medicine began in my childhood, surrounded by my grandmother's herb garden. Watching her create remedies from plants sparked my curiosity and laid the foundation for my passion. I pursued my studies in naturopathy, driven by the desire to offer compassionate, individualized care. In Ottawa, I’ve cultivated a practice that draws on that early inspiration—merging the healing powers of nature with modern medical insight.
