Our Story

My journey into Ayurveda began over a decade ago, sparked by a personal health crisis that conventional medicine couldn’t address. I found solace in the ancient principles of Ayurveda, which prioritizes balance and prevention. This new path led me to rigorous training and certification, deepening my understanding of the mind-body connection. Establishing Viveda felt like a calling, a chance to share this life-altering wisdom with my community. Each client’s story is a reminder of why I chose this path; it’s not just about treating symptoms but nurturing the whole person. Each interaction enriches my own journey, reminding me of the profound ways we can support each other in health.
