Heather Rivers, the owner and practitioner of Rivers RMT, began her practice with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario in 2013. With a background in kinesiology and experience as a First Responder and Sport Therapist, Heather integrates her diverse skills to support clients' health and wellness goals. She is passionate about mental health, pregnancy care, and integrating movement into daily life. As the Official Massage Therapist for the Oshawa Firewolves, Heather provides high-performance care for elite athletes.
