Our Story
Founded by Simar Gill Lowther, Insightful Journey Inc. was inspired by personal experiences with holistic practices. Simar, a licensed psychotherapist with dual Master’s degrees in Counselling Psychology, integrates various therapeutic modalities to create a personalized and comprehensive path to healing. The practice is committed to providing a compassionate and collaborative therapy space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
