Our Story

My journey into naturopathy was born from a deep-seated desire to help others navigate their health with compassion. Growing up in a family that valued traditional remedies and herbal strategies, my foundation was laid early. After completing my formal training and becoming a licensed Naturopathic Doctor, I realized there was a gap in comprehensive family health services in Niagara Falls. This inspired me to open Naturopathic Family Practice of Niagara. I often reflect on my first client, a young mother struggling with postpartum recovery. Her transformation, fueled by personalized care and holistic support, reaffirmed my passion and commitment to this work. Each story of healing motivates me to continue fostering a nurturing space for families to thrive holistically.
