Our Story
Founded by the Carmelites in 1875, the Monastery of Mount Carmel has served as a hospice, seminary, and now a retreat centre. Set on 12 acres overlooking Niagara Falls, it offers spiritual guidance and hosts various religious retreats and workshops. The historic architecture and beautiful grounds provide a peaceful setting for reflection and meditation.
