The foundation of my practice was built out of personal experience. Years ago, I faced overwhelming anxiety that hindered my daily life. This experience ignited a flame within me; I knew I wanted to share this powerful tool with others struggling in silence. What fuels my passion is each client’s progress—their success stories resonate deeply with me. Every session is not merely a job; it’s a personal mission to help others discover their strength and resilience. I am continuously amazed by the changes I witness; from overcoming phobias to finding confidence, these transformations make this journey worth every moment.
