Our Story

I founded Living Proof Institute out of a desire to make healthcare more holistic and accessible. After years of witnessing how traditional medicine sometimes falls short in truly addressing patients’ needs, I felt a calling to do something different. My background in clinical nutrition and functional medicine opened my eyes to the profound connections between body, mind, and environment. I had a transformative experience with a mentor who introduced me to holistic practices, which reinvigorated my passion for comprehensive health solutions. We’re not just here to hand out prescriptions; we engage with our clients, understanding their unique life stories and health journeys.
