Our Story

My passion for Ayurveda blossomed from my own healing journey, which began years ago when I struggled with stress and health imbalances. Living in the diverse community of Mississauga, I felt a deep instinct to explore natural healing that aligned with my values and heritage. After extensive study and training, I established Ayush Ayurveda to share this powerful wisdom with my neighbors. I believe in the body’s innate ability to heal itself—provided we give it the right tools. Each client that walks through our doors presents a unique story, and through understanding their specific needs, I’m reminded of the connection we all have to one another. Sharing my knowledge of Ayurvedic practices not only enriches my life but also helps others navigate their journeys toward wellness. The warmth and trust built within our community is what motivates me daily. Each success story brings joy, reminding me of the transformative power of our ancient healing traditions.
