Our Story

Active Wellness opened its doors in 2006 and has become a professional, reliable, and effective massage therapy clinic. We aim to help clients enjoy a pain-free, active lifestyle and maintain a healthy body. Each client receives a thorough assessment to tailor treatments to their specific needs. We emphasize client education, treatment frequency guidance, and the importance of self-care. Our therapists are registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and we offer direct billing for insurance claims.
