Total Health Naturopathy & Acupuncture was born out of my personal health struggles. Years ago, I found myself frustrated with conventional medicine's focus on symptoms rather than solutions. My journey into holistic health began when I stumbled upon acupuncture during a particularly challenging period. It intrigued me how a few tiny needles could shift energy and restore balance. That experience sparked a passion in me to explore every facet of naturopathy. I trained extensively, diving deep into herbal medicine, nutrition, and the body’s innate ability to heal itself. Each patient's story inspires me, reminding me why I entered this field to begin with. My mission isn’t just to provide treatments but to empower my clients with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive.
