I embarked on my journey into Ayurveda after a personal health crisis pushed me to explore alternative healing methods. Living in London, ON, I noticed how many individuals were searching for relief from stress and chronic ailments, yet felt overwhelmed by conventional treatments. This ignited a fire in me to share the transformative power of Ayurveda. I studied extensively, immersing myself in the teachings of Ayurveda, always returning to the core belief that wellness is about balance and harmony.
