Founded to provide a local place of worship for Sri Lankan Buddhists in the Waterloo and Wellington regions, the Waterloo Wellington Buddhist Monastery and Meditation Centre has grown into a vibrant community hub. Established in 2010, it offers a range of religious activities, including meditation programs, dhamma discussions, and cultural events. The centre is a registered charity in Canada, dedicated to advancing the teachings of the Theravada Buddhist faith.
