As a child, I witnessed the struggles my mother faced navigating the healthcare system, often feeling unheard and overwhelmed. This ignited a lifelong passion to create a more compassionate and integrative approach to health. I immersed myself in various healing practices, learning how to blend traditional concepts with contemporary science. Opening this center in Kingston, ON, was my dream come true. I envisioned a place where individuals could find their unique paths to wellness, supported through guidance and evidence-based techniques.
