Our Story

The inception of Aroma Health Center is a story woven from the threads of my life’s experiences. Years ago, I was overwhelmed by the stresses of modern living. My quest for relief took me across the globe, leading me to the serene landscapes of India, where I was introduced to the incredible world of Ayurveda. Mesmerized by its profound effectiveness, I immersed myself in this ancient practice, learning from esteemed practitioners and understanding health through a natural lens. Upon returning to Kingston, ON, I felt a calling to introduce this holistic approach to wellness to others who, like myself, seek balance in their lives. Balancing my skills, knowledge, and passion, I opened Aroma Health Center—a reflection of my journey and a place where others can embark on their own paths to health. Each customer interaction feels personal, reinforcing the belief that true healing occurs in a supportive environment, where individual stories are respected and nurtured. My goal is to create a welcoming space, steeped in warmth and understanding, for everyone looking to enhance their lives through Ayurveda.
