My passion for holistic health ignited years ago, while working in a high-stress environment. I sought respite through massage but found each practice lacked a deeper connection. This brought me to create Okanagan Integral Health—where every touch tells a story and every session nurtures the soul. I believe healing transcends the physical; it’s a journey into understanding oneself. Having trained extensively in various therapeutic techniques, I realized that my true calling was to integrate these practices to offer clients a uniquely transformative experience. In a world bustling with distractions, my goal is to provide an oasis of calm in the heart of Kelowna, BC.
