Intern - Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Jordan supports clients who feel stuck, lost, or disconnected, creating a safe, judgment-free space for growth. Using CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy he helps individuals work toward their goals at a pace that feels right.

Ryan Cohoe

Intern - Registered Social Worker

Ryan brings over 20 years of experience in youth justice and forensic mental health, offering a steady, grounded presence in therapy. His warm, honest approach helps clients work through stress, anger, past wounds, and meaningful life changes.

Matthew Burrows

Intern - Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Matt offers a warm, honest space where clients can be themselves and explore what they’re going through. Using an integrative approach rooted in CBT, Solution-Focused work, and Person-Centered Therapy, he helps clients build insight, confidence, and practical skills.

Paul Bondoc

Registered Psychotherapist

Paul brings a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach to therapy, drawing from IFS, CBT, and Solution-Focused methods. He supports clients with ADHD, depression, anger, anxiety, and trauma, creating space for growth at each person’s own pace.
