Founded by Michael Velzy, a Registered Massage Therapist with a background in the dental field, SHIFT Massage and Wellness was established in 2019 to provide a holistic approach to healing. Michael is dedicated to treating clients with care and respect, utilizing techniques such as deep muscle, Swedish, neuromuscular, and myofascial release. The practice offers both home-based and mobile massage services within the Greater Hamilton Area.
