Our Story

Founded by Bethany Stroh-Gingrich, Sage Holistic Occupational Therapy was born from a passion for integrative health approaches. After a decade in hospital settings, Bethany opened Sage Holistic OT to help clients overcome barriers such as pain, depression, and anxiety. With a focus on the mind, body, and spirit, Bethany utilizes her expertise in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Brainspotting, and Internal Family Systems to guide clients towards healing and engagement in meaningful life activities.
